Figuring out your purpose requires others to help you see yourself. The three phases of this powerful program are predictive, customized to your unique needs, and guaranteed to help you land your purpose and a define a plan to realize it!

A Three-Phase Approach

Phase 1: Assess & Explore

Gain fresh insight into how you see yourself and how others see you. Assessments and interviews provide essential data regarding your personal and professional experience. Information gathered during this phase forms the critical ingredients for drafting your purpose statement and personal game plan.

Chase 2: Narrow & Define

In this stage of the process, your coach will guide you through the data gathered during Phase 1. We will unpack core themes and analyze your energy, excitement, and flow. Your energy is central to the process. You will receive guidance in creating your unique Purpose Statement that incorporates everything we have uncovered together so far.

Phase 3: Draft & Do

In the last phase of the program, you will build out a 5–7-year Game Plan. We will use LSI’s proven methods which incorporate a “back-casting” process. The focus starts with long term goals and then zooms back into the next 30-90 days, resulting in goals that are both actionable and realistic.

We will focuses on integrating your purpose into key areas of life, progressively expanding its impact through each time horizon. Ultimately, you be able to step back and see the whole picture, able to make adjustments as needed.
