Purpose-oriented professionals are:

  • 64% more likely to find fulfillment in their work
  • 50% more likely to be in leadership positions
  • 54% more likely to be promoters of their employees

Dr. Anna Tavis, adjunct professor New York University’s School of Professional Studies

Purpose-oriented individuals use their career as a means to serve others which provides them with personal fulfillment. The other two categories of workers: status-oriented and money-oriented do not receive personal fulfillment.

Return on Investment goes beyond financial gain or loss; it encompasses everything from fostering human connection to finding the right balance between work and play.
