An experienced strategy and leadership development consultant, executive coach, sought-after keynote speaker and author, Laura Stone is the Founder and CEO of Laura Stone, Inc. 

She brings more than three decades of experience to her work helping executives, teams and organizations harness the power of their own purpose to create effective and sustainable change. 

Through the Harvard Business School MBA Authentic Leadership Development program, the Global Institute of Leadership Development, the Authentic Leadership Institute, and Women in Leadership, she has consulted, coached, taught and facilitated thousands of global leaders as an executive coach and faculty member.

Her 30-plus year track record includes successful engagements with senior executives at multiple Fortune 50 global organizations, including Unilever, IBM, Pfizer, GE, Toyota, McKesson, CVS/Caremark, Fidelity Investments, Phillips, Novelis, Kimberly Clark and more.  

She published her first book, A Pocket Guide to Purpose: A Quick and Simple Way to Access and Advance Your Purpose, in 2017 and just published the sequel, A Pocket Guide to Purpose FOR LEADERS: A Powerful Approach to Create and Unleash Greater Innovation, Inclusion and Engagement, 2022. 

Through Laura Stone Inc., she provides strategic consulting, executive coaching, workshops and training for clients worldwide.  She is based in Greater Boston.
