This course covers the foundational concepts of the program, which are essential to understand and align on as a team, before moving on to next steps.

Module 1: Purpose

• Learn the definition of purpose. How it is distinct from vision, mission, and values. How clarifying Team Purpose uniquely drives company strategy.
  
• Collectively agree on “What is at stake if we do not fulfill our purpose?”
  
• Develop initial draft of your Team Purpose Statement.
  Define “What is the work that only our team can do and will make us proud in both the short- and the long-term?” Increase our mutual understanding and clearly align all team members on strategic direction and work priorities.
