Module 4: Create the Structure to Support the Game Plan
Module IV: The Game Plan
In this module, we’ll be consolidating all the different ways we want to approach getting closer to our purpose. This phase is a summation of the work that’s gotten us here with a focus on how to take it to the next level.
This module focuses on finalizing our draft game plan with key milestones that will enable 30-60-90-day sprints as well as key quarterly milestones toward our purpose. As well, we’ll be integrating a synthesized approach to prioritization into the game plan that will reduce the risk of redundancy and working over one another.
- Draft a roadmap with key milestones that will enable 30-60-90-day sprints as well as key quarterly milestones toward our purpose. All of this work is intended to enable clarity of how all the dots connect from our purpose, to the key objectives, to key results/outcomes, (and how KROs integrate) enable how we best serve our internal customer to best serve our external customers.
- To agree on next steps (including key messages) to best sustain strategic momentum including pressure testing the roadmap with our teams
- Action Planning Next Steps – Where are we going from here? (What, When, Who)
In Module IV we will:
- Create a governance structure to IMPLEMENT, TAKE ACTION and INTEGRATE GAMEPLAN FEEDBACK (Leadership dashboard/agenda) perhaps to execute this work (regular cadence to revisit the work, progress, celebrate success, define the next body of work building on what is working best currently.
- Create a communication stakeholder strategy to share the work, the progress, the insights gained from the customer’s feedback and what the leadership is committing to DO about it (next 30-90-day commitment). This comms strategy must connect the dots between the company strategy and the Team Purpose statement.
